The p block of the periodic table is the block of elements on the right hand side of the periodic table, starting with B and ending with Ne. This portion of the periodic table is called the p block because it is where the p orbitals are filled therefore the elements in the p block all contain unfilled p orbitals with the exception of the noble metals which have a full valence shell.
