Helium-4 is a stable isotope of helium, the most abundant (99.99986%) of the two natural helium Isotopes. It is the decay products of Helium-5, Lithium-5, and Beryllium-6. Its nucleus is a boson and alpha particle, making alpha decay the form in which this isotope will decay. It is also produced in stars.
