Tungsten metal

Tungsten (the atomic symbol is W) is element 74 on the periodic table. It has a high toughness of >7 on the Mohs scale, a high density of 19300kg/m3, a high melting point of 3422°C, and cheaper price makes it fit for many applications, from light bulb filaments to ammunition. It has the highest melting point of any element. By the time Tungsten has melted, many other metals will have evaporated.
